Job Description
Grand City is seeking motivated Call Centre Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and providing accurate product information. You should demonstrate strong communication skills and have a proven track record in customer service.
We require candidates with strong multitasking abilities, basic computer skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, and work will be conducted in person.
