Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage procurement activities for construction materials and real estate development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement for construction materials and office supplies.
- Source and negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing.
- Ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills.
