The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent English communication abilities, proven sales experience, and familiarity with Coach Manager software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Supply detailed information about services and effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Promote our services and assist in converting inquiries into bookings.
