Job Description

Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is actively seeking skilled Taxi Dispatchers with at least one year of relevant experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign taxis to customers at requested locations.
• Monitor and manage driver schedules and routes.
• Communicate effectively with both drivers and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of trips and overall operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

Qualifications:

• Prior dispatching experience is essential.
• Proficient in GPS and dispatch software.
• Exceptional communication skills are required.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills are necessary.
