Job Description
Global Immigration Consultants is in search of a dynamic and customer-centric Customer Engagement Officer to elevate our online presence. The successful candidate will actively engage with our audience across multiple platforms, cultivating strong relationships and representing our brand’s voice.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage client inquiries, deliver accurate information, maintain exceptional customer service, and build community trust on social media platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing automated content workflows for our YouTube channel.
Requirements: The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of service processes, and demonstrated experience in customer engagement or social media management.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore Pakistan | Shift: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon-Sat) | Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract.
