Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our team at our Johar-town, G4 location. This full-time onsite role operates from 12 PM to 9 PM. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction. You will be responsible for updating client records in our CRM system and collaborating with various teams to address client needs effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in CRM software are essential for success in this role.
