Job Description
Ghani Ceramics Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Design Supervisor to lead our design processes and uphold our commitment to high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will possess a degree and have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement approved Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P).
- Ensure design alignment with established guidelines.
- Monitor ink reactions throughout the printing process.
- Guarantee color accuracy in all printed designs.
- Compile reports and ensure timely submissions.
- Minimize waste during sampling processes.
- Provide training to staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
