Job Description
GenXe Tech is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in various administrative and HR tasks. If you have a keen eye for detail and excel at managing multiple responsibilities efficiently, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the CEO’s daily schedule, emails, and meetings
- Handle phone calls and official correspondence
- Assist with HR functions such as recruitment
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Prepare proposals and presentations
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
