Job Description
Gateway Franchise Consultancy seeks a full-time, in-person Procurement & Inventory Officer to support our food supply chain. The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; 3–5 years in food/QSR/FMCG procurement.
- Responsibilities: sourcing and negotiation; issuing and tracking POs; ensuring inventory accuracy; implementing FIFO/LIFO and expiry controls; conducting stock counts; coordinating with operations, kitchen, warehouse and finance; supporting audits.
- Required skills: ERP proficiency, advanced Excel, vendor management, and meticulous documentation.
