Job Description
Location: Airport (Karachi)
Shift Timings: Rotational (A, B, C Shifts)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations across all shifts.
- Manage employee attendance and discipline effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries.
- Maintain accurate HR records for each shift and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in HR.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
