As a Dispatch Officer, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily dispatches while overseeing loading and unloading activities. Your role will involve ensuring proper handling of goods, maintaining dispatch records, and managing necessary documentation.
You will communicate with transport companies to verify shipment quantities and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Additionally, you will prepare daily dispatch reports, address urgent requirements promptly, and keep the dispatch area organized.
