Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Floor Supervisor to join the Fresh Basket team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee staff management, product displays, inventory control, and uphold exceptional customer service while ensuring operational excellence within the store.
The ideal candidate will possess prior retail management experience, preferably in grocery or produce, along with strong leadership and organizational skills. A solid understanding of fresh produce and proficiency in inventory management systems is essential. Flexibility in scheduling is a must.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 per month, along with benefits including medical insurance, a provident fund, and paid annual leave.
