Job Description
Firm Tech Services is actively looking for enthusiastic Chat Support Officers for various shifts including morning, evening, and night, at our Gulberg Lahore office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and guide them in utilizing specific features.
- Monitor and address customer complaints on social media, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Gather customer feedback to relay to our Product, Sales, and Marketing departments.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in Chat Support or a related role is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
