Job Description
Join Fauji Foundation as a Software Support Technician and play a vital role in providing technical assistance to our internal users, ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document user complaints and troubleshoot issues related to the Medix System and hardware.
- Resolve technical problems through remote access to the Medix System.
- Collaborate with IT professionals to effectively address user concerns.
- Install new hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Support the maintenance of hardware inventory and resolve networking issues.
Qualifications: Applicants should possess FSc/FA/Matric with a Computer diploma and 2-5 years of experience in network and hardware support.
