Faraz Lari Textile is a rapidly growing e-commerce brand specializing in home textiles and garments. We are currently looking for a motivated Ecommerce Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance customer experiences across platforms such as our E-commerce Store, Daraz, Facebook, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
– Address customer inquiries promptly
– Manage order processing, returns, and refunds
– Update product listings and monitor inventory
– Track shipments and resolve any issues
– Conduct product research and manage data entry.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations
– Strong command of the English language
– Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel
– Exceptional attention to detail.
