Job Description
Faisal Movers Express is looking for dedicated and customer-oriented Bus Hostesses to enhance the travel experience for our passengers. In this role, you will:
- Greet and assist passengers during boarding and disembarking.
- Provide information regarding the route, stops, and estimated arrival times.
- Ensure passenger comfort and safety throughout the journey.
- Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the bus.
- Serve refreshments and snacks, if applicable.
- Manage first aid situations as necessary.
Requirements: Prior customer service experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, strong problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
