Job Description
Experts Communication is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our vibrant team. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to effectively manage inbound and outbound calls. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Salary: 35,00 – 45,00 PKR
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Responsibilities: Handle calls professionally, provide support, resolve inquiries, and exceed performance targets.
Benefits: Five-day workweek, performance-based salary growth, monthly dinners, and annual events.
