Job Description
EWD Tech, a leading digital solutions provider located in Faisalabad, is on the lookout for a seasoned Operational Manager. This pivotal role entails overseeing daily business operations to enhance efficiency and promote continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage operational processes, coordinate activities across departments, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement cost-reduction strategies, supervise staff, develop policy frameworks, and cultivate a culture of ongoing enhancement.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of operations management experience, exhibit strong leadership capabilities, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
