Job Description
Esire is looking for a dedicated Technical and Fit Specialist to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving fit and pattern discrepancies, ensuring precise corrections and thorough follow-ups. You will also evaluate garment construction and finishing techniques to guarantee optimal product durability and wearability.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting fit assessments, collaborating closely with pattern makers, and maintaining accurate technical packs. Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance checkpoints to ensure consistency in sizing and construction across all product categories.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical design, preferably in western wear.
