Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise for EMEA to define and execute regional strategy, drive enterprise sales, and ensure customer success across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role requires building and scaling high‑performing, cross‑border teams, owning revenue and ARR targets, negotiating strategic contracts, and partnering closely with product and marketing to expand market presence.
- Minimum 8+ years in enterprise sales or commercial leadership
- Proven record growing enterprise ARR and leading multicultural teams
- Strong P&L ownership and advanced negotiation skills
- Experience managing distributed teams across borders
- Fluent in English (required)
