Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Enterprise, EMEA to lead enterprise sales, P&L, go-to-market strategy, and regional operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role owns revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention while building and coaching a distributed sales organization.
- Drive large enterprise deal closures in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
- Define and execute GTM plans, manage P&L, and ensure consistent regional performance.
- Requirements: 10+ years in enterprise software sales, demonstrated leadership, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, willingness to travel, and fluency in English.
- Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
