Job Description

Enrichers Investment Group is looking for a driven Telemarketing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers to promote and sell our diverse range of products and services. Your main objective will be to generate valuable sales leads and improve customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to present our products and secure sales.
• Research and qualify leads effectively.
• Deliver customized sales pitches to meet customer needs.
• Foster positive relationships with clients.
• Perform follow-up calls to nurture relationships.
• Maintain comprehensive records using CRM systems.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred. Strong communication skills and prior sales experience are essential.

Salary: $40,00 – $60,00 plus commission (10-14%).
