Job Description

Enrichers Investment Group is actively seeking a qualified Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations and provide outstanding customer service. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will be instrumental in facilitating smooth office workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and fostering a friendly atmosphere.
• Efficiently managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Coordinating appointments and meetings.
• Overseeing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintaining office supplies and organizing the front desk area.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and prior customer service experience is preferred.

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
