Job Description
ENCS Networks is actively looking for a talented HR Analyst to join our team located in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite position operates on a night shift schedule. Please note that we provide residential accommodations exclusively for female candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data to facilitate informed decision-making and effective workforce planning.
- Maintain and update HR dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate in the evaluation of compensation and performance metrics.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within HR systems.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with labor regulations.
- Address and resolve employee grievances promptly.
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, proficiency in HRIS, and strong data analysis skills are essential.
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs100,00 per month.
