Job Description
Emirates Talent Solution is looking for a strategic HR Manager to oversee human resource functions at our Saddar, Karachi location. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of experience in human resources, particularly within the recruitment or service sectors.
Key Responsibilities: You will be tasked with managing recruitment processes, onboarding, ensuring policy compliance, and promoting workforce development. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining legal compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is also required.
Salary: Starting at Rs150,00.00 per month.
