Job Description
Emenac Inc is seeking fresh and experienced US Call Center Agents for our International inbound/outbound campaign in Lahore. Candidates must have at least Intermediate or O/A Levels education, with a strong command of spoken English and a good accent.
Successful candidates will work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM), must be focus-oriented, and have regular attendance. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and addressing customer queries. Both fresh and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply for roles in chat support, email support, and in/outbound sales.
