Job Description

Emenac Inc is looking to hire both fresh and experienced US Call Center Agents for our international inbound and outbound campaigns located in Lahore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate/O/A Levels
• Exceptional spoken English with a clear accent
• Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM)
• Detail-oriented with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and addressing customer inquiries
• Roles encompass chat support, email support, and outbound/inbound sales

Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
