Job Description
Elite HRSP is currently looking for a seasoned Building Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of experience in building management coupled with exceptional leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities: The Building Manager will ensure the effective maintenance of building systems, supervise staff, address tenant concerns, manage expenses, and guarantee compliance with health regulations.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 10–15 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills are essential.
