Job Description
eForce Solutions is on the lookout for a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our vibrant team as a Senior Business Development Executive. This full-time, onsite role requires availability for the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in business development, particularly in international markets, and will demonstrate exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new B2B opportunities in international markets.
- Manage leads and develop effective outbound strategies.
- Maintain CRM and oversee the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Achieve KPIs and contribute to revenue targets.
The salary for this position ranges from PKR 70,00 to 100,00, commensurate with experience.
