Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales & Support Team Lead! In this role, you will oversee the Sales Support team, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction.
You will set targets, monitor performance, and motivate your team while collaborating with the Sales Department, coordinating with the Operations Team, and directly resolving client issues.
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales is required, along with 3-5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in a leadership role. Fluency in English and CRM proficiency are essential.
