Job Description
Eastern Scientific Corporation (Pvt) Limited is on the lookout for a highly qualified General Manager of Laboratory to lead our lab operations. This pivotal role includes driving business development, ensuring quality assurance, and managing procurement processes. The General Manager will also handle customer complaints, oversee hiring strategies, and direct training and development initiatives for the laboratory team.
The ideal candidate should possess 8-10+ years of experience in laboratory operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or senior management position. A Master’s degree in Chemistry, Agronomy, Food Technology, or a related field is mandatory. Proven expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning is vital for success in this position.
