Job Description
Dream Developers is on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Sales Head with at least five years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities and effectively guide our sales and marketing team.
Key responsibilities include meeting monthly and annual sales targets, formulating sales strategies, managing partnerships and client relationships, conducting market research, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Strong communication and negotiation skills are vital for this role.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Rs30,00.00 and Rs45,00.00 per month. Candidates should be prepared for local travel and must possess their own vehicle.
