Job Description
We invite you to become a vital member of our team at Doctors Urgent Care Group as an Executive Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to our leadership team, facilitating smooth operations and enhancing communication.
Your key responsibilities will include managing calendars, organizing meetings, and processing correspondence, all while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, with a preference for backgrounds from international firms in the USA, Canada, or the UK.
This part-time position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, with availability during EST from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
