Job Description
Digitomacy is on the lookout for a skilled Upwork Bidder Manager to enhance our project acquisition efforts in web design and app development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in bidding, client relationship management, and effectively leading a bidding team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Upwork bids for design and development projects.
- Crafting persuasive proposals and nurturing client relationships.
- Coordinating the bidding team to ensure timely submissions.
- Conducting market research to maintain our competitive edge.
- Enhancing proposals to maximize project acquisition success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding.
- In-depth knowledge of the Upwork platform.
- Exceptional communication skills.
