Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is seeking a dedicated Cold Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will identify and qualify potential property owners and landlords using platforms like Zillow. Your responsibilities will include initiating contact, scheduling meetings with our CEO, and managing follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Search for rental properties on Zillow.
- Cold Outreach: Reach out to landlords via phone, email, and text.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate property suitability and landlord interest.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments with the CEO.
- Follow-Up Management: Nurture leads to increase conversion rates.
- CRM Usage: Track interactions through CRM tools.

Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
