Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, confident part-time, in-person Bilingual Call Center Agent to handle outbound Urdu/Punjabi campaigns. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, resolve inquiries, and consistently achieve targets.
- Duties: place outbound calls, provide accurate information, answer questions, propose solutions, meet performance targets, and document interactions in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Requirements: fluent in Urdu and Punjabi; excellent listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: 1+ year in outbound calling or customer service preferred; strong communicators without experience are welcome.
- Compensation: Rs35,00–75,00/month plus incentives, training, and advancement opportunities.
