Job Description
DigiMaxis Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive to enhance our Customer Success – Digital Marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in overseeing successful digital marketing campaigns. Your primary objective will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, with a target benchmark of 70% or higher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster strong relationships with clients.
- Monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaign performance.
- Implement strategies for upselling and referrals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client success.
- Represent and advocate for client needs within the organization.
