Job Description
Diamond Super Market is looking for a dedicated HR Officer with retail experience and expertise in TimeTrax software. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Karachi head office.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in the retail sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proficient in TimeTrax software for attendance, payroll, and HRMS
- Exceptional communication and administrative skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Skilled in HR software and MS Office applications
- Preferred male candidates
- Must reside near North Nazimabad and be available to join immediately
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
