Job Description
Devronix Solutions is on the lookout for proactive and skilled professionals experienced in sourcing bids on Upwork and PeoplePerHour to become part of our team. In this pivotal role, you will identify suitable projects, create persuasive proposals, handle client communications, and successfully convert leads into completed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Seek and identify relevant projects on Upwork and PeoplePerHour.
- Develop tailored and compelling proposals for each opportunity.
- Manage client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the internal team to evaluate project requirements.
Qualifications: Proven experience on Upwork and PeoplePerHour, excellent communication skills in English, and strong organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel is an advantage.
Compensation: Salary ranging from PKR 40,00 to 160,00/month plus commission.
