Job Description
DeskFrnd, a rapidly expanding BPO company specializing in high-quality customer support for international clients, is seeking a dedicated Client Support Representative to join our team onsite in Lahore. In this role, you will provide exceptional voice support to clients of a UK-based facility management company, ensuring a professional and efficient communication experience.
Your key responsibilities will include handling customer calls with professionalism, accurately documenting client inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of call center experience, excellent English communication skills, and the flexibility to work UK shifts.
Compensation ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month, and this is a full-time position requiring in-person attendance.
