Job Description
Deltasoft Technologies is on the lookout for a personable and organized Receptionist to enhance our team. This pivotal role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, handling telephone communications, and ensuring the reception area is well-maintained. Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and direct visitors appropriately
- Inform staff of visitor arrivals
- Manage security systems and maintain logbooks
- Respond to inquiries and route calls to relevant departments
- Document actions and communicate needs to support team efforts

Requirements:
- Location: Rawalpindi
