Job Description
Dejure Technologies seeks a client-focused Chat Support Representative to manage real-time technical inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure excellent customer retention. You will provide clear, professional responses, document interactions, and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Responsibilities: live chat support, issue resolution, complaint handling, CRM documentation (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Qualifications: minimum 1 year chat/customer support experience, excellent written English (US), multitasking across chats, patient problem-solver, flexible for shift requirements.
- Location & hours: PIA Road near Wapda Town, Lahore — 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Full-time, in-person.
- Compensation: Rs 50,00–Rs 60,00 per month.
