Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide outstanding support by answering inquiries and resolving issues. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage incoming calls.
- Utilize CRM software effectively.
- Deliver appropriate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Promote and upsell products when possible.
- Foster strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Neutral or American accent is required.
- Proficient computer skills.
