Job Description
Dany Technologies is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in service centers related to the Home Appliances or Electronics sectors.
Key responsibilities include overseeing after-sales services, managing product returns, addressing damages and customer complaints, processing warranty claims, facilitating customer interactions, and ensuring effective problem resolution. Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed reports.
