Job Description
DAC seeks a full-time Real Estate Investment Advisor for in-person vertical apartment sales in Bahria Town, Lahore. Competitive pay: Rs35,00–Rs100,00/month (commensurate with experience and performance).
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and client acquisition plans.
- Manage client portfolios; conduct property tours and lead negotiations.
- Coordinate with marketing and track local market trends.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years in real estate sales or portfolio management.
- In-depth knowledge of Bahria Town apartment projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and demonstrated sales results; bachelor’s degree preferred.
