Job Description
Cultural Voyagers Travels Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced and driven Ticketing & GDS Manager to lead our ticketing operations and optimize global distribution system strategies. The successful candidate will oversee booking workflows, maintain GDS integrity, liaise with travel agents and airlines, and resolve fare and reservation issues promptly.
Key responsibilities include improving process efficiency, analyzing booking and revenue data, ensuring compliance with ticketing policies, and mentoring the ticketing team. Candidates must demonstrate extensive experience with major GDS platforms, strong analytical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
