Job Description
We are currently seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As an SB Agent, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, primarily qualifying and engaging interested customers. After identifying their needs, you will forward their calls to the appropriate agents.
Shift Timings (NIGHT SHIFT): 7:30pm-5:30am (with breaks)
Requirements:
- Proficient in English speaking and listening
- Laptop with Windows 10
- Good Quality Headset
- Reliable internet (15 Mbps minimum)
Compensation: Weekly commission + retention bonuses, Rs5,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month.
