Job Description
We are currently looking for both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our team at Crossnotch Firm. As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, engaging and qualifying interested customers. You’ll identify their needs and forward them to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with the latest Windows version (minimum Windows 10)
- Good quality headset
- Reliable internet (minimum required speed of 15 Mbps)
Shift Timing: Night shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Pay: Rs12,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
