Job Description
We are excited to announce that Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will manage 600-800 incoming calls, qualifying and engaging interested customers before directing them to the appropriate agents for further assistance.
Requirements:
- Good English speaking and listening skills
- Laptop with Windows 10
- High-quality headset
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps)
Shift Timings: Night Shift from 7:30 PM to 5:30 AM (with breaks)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs17,500.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
