Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking both fresh and experienced SB (Avatar) Agents to join our dynamic team. As an SB Agent, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional support while collecting customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
Requirements:
- Strong English speaking and listening skills.
- Own a laptop with the latest Windows version (Windows 10).
- Good quality headset.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
Shift: Full-time: 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM (including breaks).
